has adopted appropriate procedures to regulate the complaint management process relating to the provision of investment services, which ends within a maximum of 60 days from receipt of the complaint. The outcome of the complaint is communicated to the Customer, within the term indicated above, in writing.

Any complaints regarding the provision of investment services and ancillary services must be presented in writing to the ReVersal SIM Compliants Office at the following addresses:
