Giuseppe Vegas
He is currently a professor at the Faculty of Economics at the Catholic University of Milan. He was Scientific Director of the Einaudi Foundation for Political and Economic Studies in Rome and collaborated with various newspapers including Il Sole-24 Ore and MF. He was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance from 2001 to 2006. From 2010 to 2017 he was President of the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (Consob) as well as having held the positions of member of the Management Committee (Management Board), executive body of ESMA (European Security and Markets Authority) and President of the Mediterranean Partnership of Securities Regulators.

Lorenzo Mion
After graduating in Finance & International Management simultaneously at the Northern University of Boston and the Catholic University. He begun his career in Management Consulting covering major projects of the large financial institution, he refined his financial market knowledge by taking courses at leading global financial institutions (Yale Business School & Bocconi University). He joined Invesco Asset Management where in 9 years he reached the role of Senior Relationship Manager serving the largest financial institution and covering as well as institutional as private & retail clients.

Enrico Magni
Enrico Magni
Enrico Magni is an expert entrepreneur. He was the first to found Laserline (alarms and components for the automotive sector) and in 2003 he acquired Lutech, an IT company spin-off of a large industrial group. He led the firm's growth through solid organic development and multiple acquisitions until 2017, when it was sold to One Equity Partner. In March 2018, through Laserline Spa, he became the majority shareholder of TXT. In 2019, Enrico was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group. Since June 2020 he has been President of TXT Group.

A graduate in Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he is a professional with more than 40 years of experience in banking and business consulting. He served as Deputy General Manager of BPER Bank, where he successfully led the institution's business strategy. He currently works as a business consultant and trainer, specializing in tax, finance and business. Throughout his career, he has held important institutional positions, including Vice President of Emil Ro Factor Spa and board member of Arca Vita, Arca Assicurazioni, Nexi Payments Spa and Cassa di Risparmio di Bra, making strategic contributions to the governance of leading companies in the financial and insurance sectors.

Enrolled in the Register of Auditors and Chartered Accountants of Milan with over twenty years of experience in the field of corporate operations such as M&A, IPOs, fundraising for Venture Capital operations, etc. You held managerial positions in International Investment Banks before taking on the role of Independent Director adding value through the acquired experience and contacts in the sector.
